Arcade Time Entertainment

I recently visited Arcade Time at The Falls, and I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The manager, Joshua, was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One of the things I loved most was that my kids could enjoy playing games while we all had a delicious meal. It’s rare to find a place that offers both a fun arcade and genuinely great food. This isn’t typical arcade food—it’s real, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The entire team created a fun, welcoming atmosphere that made our visit even more enjoyable. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, Arcade Time is definitely worth a visit for the great food, exciting games, outstanding customer service, and family-friendly environment. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great experience at Arcade Time in The Falls! We visited on a Sunday around 3:00 PM, and it wasn’t overly crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. It’s a fantastic place for kids to spend a couple of hours having fun, staying entertained, and getting out of the house. There was plenty to keep them engaged, and the overall atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and family-friendly. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun outing!

Kaitlynn made our night with her amazing service with a smile, such a gorgeous and well skilled server. Was helpful and familiar with the menu, and super attentive to us and all our surrounding tables. Thank you for a wonderful family dinner & game night s/o Kaitlynn and Arcade time.

It was a great time, I highly recommend it. The games are fun, they've got a great selection of retro arcade games in the back as well, and the food is good! But the highlight of our visit was Kyla, she was a delight. I don't think I've had better service in any restaurant, ever. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, she was A+. If any manager is reading this, GIVE HER A RAISE. And a promotion too, while you're at it! I'll definitely be back, and I'll be making sure to request Kyla when I do. P.S. As an added bonus, she looks just like Ice Spice 😂
